(b) Not including the sum of $25,542.67, spent in 1884 and charged to Ordinary Works.

(c) The sum of $1,500 spent in 1884 for levelling site and making approach road to the Lazaretto was charged to Ordinary Works.

(d) The whole cost of Breakwater was $96,394.15. The amount of $73,884.40 paid in 1881 and 1882 was charged to Ordinary Works, and only the balance $22,509.75 paid charged to Extraordinary Works.
